VagtPilot is responsible for the information collected via the website. You can contact us at kontakt@vagtpilot.dk.
When you fill in a form, we process the information you send us, such as your name, email address, business, CVR details, feature requests or message.
If you allow analytics, the website may also record technical information about how the site is used, such as the page group from which a CTA was clicked, form views, time and browser information.
We use the information to contact you about VagtPilot, manage the waitlist, respond to enquiries, understand which pages generate interest and improve the website.
If you actively choose “Allow”, VagtPilot loads Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, popular landing pages and conversions to the waitlist. Google Analytics and our own event measurement are not loaded if you select “Only necessary”.
With analytics consent, we measure page views, CTA clicks, form views, form starts, submission attempts and validation errors. We do not send names, email addresses, business names, CVR numbers, free text, session IDs or URL parameters to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga to distinguish between visits and sessions. These cookies can generally be stored for up to two years.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of the page. When you withdraw consent, we stop Google Analytics and try to remove Analytics cookies from the VagtPilot domain.
The waitlist form can use CVR lookup to find or confirm the business name, CVR number, address and industry. This makes lead data more accurate and reduces manual follow-up.
If CVR lookup does not work, you can still submit the form with the business name you enter.
Information from forms may be sent to our internal lead intake and suppliers that provide technical support for operations, hosting and email. We do not sell personal data.
We retain information for as long as it remains relevant to the waitlist, our conversation with you or documentation of our work, and delete it when there is no longer a legitimate need.
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about VagtPilot. Write to kontakt@vagtpilot.dk, and we will help.
Typically your name, email, business, any CVR information, industry, employee count and information about your current workflow.

Cloudflare is used for simple cookieless operational measurement. Google Analytics and related analytics cookies are loaded only if you actively consent, and you can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer.
